I would like to clarify I am not a former or current employee, but rather a former customer who sought to work with your business. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a lack of professionalism - not unlike your response below. While I had the option to paint a more clear picture of the situation, I had chosen not to. I wanted to make my 'vote' and move on. This was simply my experience so please respect it.
